OCC INTELLIGENCE PLATFORM
Effective Date: April 2026 | Version: 1.0
The Halo OCC Intelligence Platform ("the Software"), including all source code, algorithms, user interface designs, documentation, and associated intellectual property, is the sole property of the developer ("the Owner"). No licence, contract, or usage arrangement transfers any ownership rights to any user, organisation, or third party. All rights are reserved.
Access to the Software is granted under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence. This licence permits authorised users to access and use the Software solely for the operational purposes agreed with the Owner. Users may not sublicense, redistribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Software.
The Software is a decision-support and situational-awareness tool. It does not replace operational judgment, regulatory requirements, or standard operating procedures. All weather data, flight tracking, crosswind calculations, EU261 assessments, NOTAM interpretations, and other outputs are provided for informational purposes only. Operational decisions, including but not limited to go/no-go decisions, diversion selection, and delay attribution, remain the sole responsibility of the qualified operational personnel using the Software.
Weather data is sourced from public aviation weather services (NOAA, aviationweather.gov) and parsed automatically. Flight tracking data is sourced from third-party providers. While every reasonable effort is made to ensure accuracy, the Owner does not guarantee the completeness, timeliness, or accuracy of any data displayed. Users must cross-reference critical operational data with official sources.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Owner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to: operational disruptions, regulatory penalties, passenger claims, financial losses, or any decisions made based on information provided by the Software.
The Software is provided on a commercially reasonable efforts basis. The Owner does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may occur. The Owner will endeavour to provide reasonable notice of planned downtime where practicable.
Users acknowledge that the Software may process operationally sensitive information. Users shall not share login credentials, export operational data, or provide access to unauthorised individuals. The Owner implements reasonable security measures but does not warrant that the Software is immune to all security threats.
Users shall not: (a) attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Software or its infrastructure; (b) use the Software for any purpose other than its intended operational function; (c) introduce malicious code or interfere with the Software's operation; (d) share, publish, or distribute screenshots, data exports, or system outputs without the Owner's written consent.
The Owner reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Software at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, the user's right to access the Software ceases immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
The Owner reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Software following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
